Shipping Policy – FFR Cutlery Knives
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We will ship to DHL,ups,FedEx,TNT,Dpd and gls.Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes FFR CUTLERY KNIVES to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees FFR CUTLERY KNIVES may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Processing time:
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take 0-2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
Shipping transit time:
Please note that orders to US destinations may take 3-10 business days (excluding Sundays, and Holidays) from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
International orders, we will use DHL or ups to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.
Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
Total shipping time:
So combining our processing time and transit time, it may take 3-12 days (excluding Sundays, and Holidays) to reach your destination.
Delivery Policy:
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. FFR Cutlery Knivesdoes not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review them on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Claims:
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
FFR CUTLERY KNIVES does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out-of-Stock Items:
We accept pre-orders for out-of-stock items. When you place a pre-order, we begin crafting your product from scratch. This process takes longer than standard shipping, as each item is custom-made to ensure the highest quality.
Pre-Order Shipping Timeline:
Crafting Time: 4 weeks
Shipping Time: 2 weeks
Total Delivery Time: 6 weeks from the date of your order.
Please note that while we strive to deliver your order on time, natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. Rest assured; our team is committed to ensuring your product reaches you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address Policy
we kindly ask that you double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and recipient names.
To correct an address mistake, please email us as soon as possible at info@ffrcutleryknives.com If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it in time.
Reserved rights regarding shipping:
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, FFR Cutlery Knives reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, FFR CUTLERY KNIVES reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history involving used, worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, FFR Cutlery Knives reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
